No. TruePlayer is a player plugin — it plays video from wherever you store it. Use your own server, Bunny.net, AWS S3, Backblaze B2, YouTube, or Vimeo. You keep full ownership and control of your files.
Will it slow down my site?
No. TruePlayer weighs under 40 KB and uses true lazy loading — nothing loads until the player enters the viewport. It improves your Core Web Vitals scores, not hurts them.
Which page builders are supported?
